Nail clipping for all species

Keeping your pets nails at a healthy length is in an important part of owning any pet. When they grow too long it can affect the way the pets stands and moves, they can get caught and stuck and sometimes grow into their pads.

I provide a gentle and calm nail clipping service for all pets, whether thats a cat, dog, rabbit, guinea pig, rat or even your parrot.  During the appointment I will cut the nails to an appropriate length making sure to avoid the blood vessel and nerves that runs down the nail.

As a veterinary nurse I understand that not all pets enjoy having their paws touched and nails trimmed and aim to keep the process as calm and as stress free as possible. If your pet requires multiple appointments I can advise how we can work together to create a positive experience for you and your pet.
