Basic groom & brush

Basic grooming is an important part of keeping your pet clean, comfortable and healthy. My grooming service provides a calm and gentle service to help your pet look and feel their best, while also giving me to opportunity to examine your pet and spot any changes that may require further attention.

As a veterinary nurse I am to provide basic grooming to include brushing and removing of loose fur, helping to prevent the fur from getting tangled and matted. Regular brushing can help to keep the skin and coat in good condition and provides an opportunity to check for any unusual lumps or bumps, skin issues or parasites.

I can also provide other routine grooming care such as a gentle wipe around your pets eyes and face. If your pet has any knots, tangles or matts that need addressing I will discuss with you the best way to deal with this.

I understand that not all pets will enjoy a brush and groom and will always work at a slow and gentle pace that works best for them. If I think your pet is becoming too distressed I will stop and discuss the options with you.
